Bob Lotero

 Bob Lottero has been directly involved in activities ranging from field tactical case support, intelligence analysis, and military intelligence/military law enforcement operations.  He currently provides direct overt and covert support as well as training services to a number of agencies and special task forces on criminal and counter-terrorism investigations, and counter-intelligence operations.

Bob’s specialty is the use of telephone information in investigations. He has developed investigative and analytical techniques that maximize the potential of telephonic information obtained in criminal and National Security investigations and expects to release a book in the fall of 2004 on the acquisition and exploitation of telephonic information for investigators and intelligence analysts. The principles discussed in that scheduled publication are the subjects of the telephone seminars he presents.
