Mr. Brown has over 32 years experience in the field of fingerprint identification and as a trainer and law enforcement instructor for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Brown began his career in the FBI in Washington, D.C., in the FBI’s Identification Division, as a Fingerprint Technician. Mr. Brown has also served and taught at various law enforcement academies in Montana, Idaho, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Florida, as well as at the International Law Enforcement Academy in Budapest, Hungary. Mr. Brown has testified as an expert witness in fingerprint identifications, and has served as an affiant on warrants. In 2001 Mr. Brown became a Master Instructor with the FBI. In addition to training and teaching for the FBI, Mr. Brown was assigned to conduct investigations in Foreign Counter-Intelligence, Terrorism, and Violent Crime. After retiring from the FBI in 2003, Mr. Brown joined the staff of the Florida Community College at Jacksonville, Jacksonville, Florida, as an Adjunct Instructor, and is the managing owner of North Florida Training and Security Associates, LLC. Mr. Brown is a member in good standing with the International Association for Identification, the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association, and the American Society for Law Enforcement Training.
